I knew about the toxic chemicals because I had found that out several years ago after my youngest son has asthma like symptoms and bad allergies. I had started looking for a way to clean my home without having chemicals and without using vinegar and baking soda (mostly because I hate the smell of vinegar!!!)

If your drinking soda and eating at fast foods and not drinking your water, that is one of the fastest ways to run your immune system down.
Stay away from sugar, white flour, breads, and pastas, instead eat more meats, vegetables, greens, and have a couple of healthy fruit snacks a day.
The right nutrients will give your immune support system the nutrients it needs so that it can keep your cells healthy.
By helping your cells fight infections and keeping the hormone cortisol under control (which is a hormone when you become stress your body produces)
This hormone when it gets out of control due to high levels of stress, can lead to inflammatory conditions or diseases like high blood pressure, digestive diseases, heart diseases and some forms of cancer.
Now it’s important to do your research and make sure that you are taking the right vitamins to make sure your cells are absorbing the right nutrition.
Because if your body is not absorbing the right nutrients than your cells will become weak and that is when your immune system will start to break down.
Now I was surprised when I learned how STRESS could affect my health.
The reason why stress can affect the immune system is because stress makes the brain boost production of the hormone cortisol, which impairs the function of infection-fighting T Cells.
The hormones produced by your adrenal glands, particularly the stress hormone cortisol, plays an important role in regulating your immune system. If your cortisol levels go too low or too high, this can lead to regular infections, chronic inflammation, autoimmune diseases or allergies. Maintaining a balanced level of cortisol is an important part of staying healthy.
Now First of all you need to understand what the immune system does for your body. The immune system is the body’s form of defense. It is comprised of organs, tissues, cells, and cell products that all work together to fight harmful substances like the pathogens that cause infection and disease.
There are two main ways that stress has a direct, negative effect on the immune system.
- It creates chronic inflammatory conditions
- It lowers the immunity of those who otherwise might have a healthy immune system.
